PUFFY'S ALL-CALL FOR KINDNESS
Positive News is something to SHOUT OUT LOUD about! For the past year and a half, we’ve celebrated many children with chronic illness who also give back to their communities and demonstrate caring and kindness. In doing so, we have learned a lot about these children’s families. We believe that we should expand to celebrate the “entire family”. The family unit is greatly impacted by chronic illness. We would love to include siblings’ point of view and give them a voice through their stories too. In addition, young adults with chronic illness and parents/caregivers are also doing some pretty remarkable acts of kindness.
Next month, we will begin including all families’ voices to include the many who go above and beyond to show that anyone can do something to give back - resulting in positivity with purpose. We believe you will be inspired by these kids, siblings, young adults, parents, and extended family members, who, despite all they endure, rise above and care for others in their communities through their chronically caring acts of kindness! So, we are doing an “All-Call for Kindness”! If you know someone who should be recognized, please nominate him or her today!
